Personality:

She's incredibly awkward, shy and socially trying her best. She gets really nervous around fellow angels, although demons don't bother her as much since her dad was one. She also has a bit of a lovestruck heart, as she has a crush on many a boy band. Her heart even extends to befriending people, as while she doesn't have many of those she cherishes every single on of them. However, she can be a bit all over the place mentally and literally, as she wants to try a bit of everything before she grows too old. All in all, she's trying to find herself and her identity beyond being the Virtue of Purity, while also trying to uphold that virtue to the best of her ability.

Origin:

She hardly remembers her infant years, but she does know that her current father figure is not actually her biological father...although the gritty details are being saved until Purity's ready to hear them. Basically put, her biological parents were killed during a raid by Anthelm's squadron. She would've died too if the one to find her were not Anthelm, who at the time was trying to find what that missing thing in his heart was. He basically adopted her and raised her as his own, and protected her even at the cost of his place in hell and his ability to fly. Both she and Anthelm were taken in by the Holy Court sometime after the war was over, becoming the Virtue of Purity and Humility. She's the youngest member of the court, which added some stress to her, but seeing as her father wasn't cast aside either, it did put some relief on her heart. 

Abilities:

Purifying - An overarching ability that covers multiple facets, Phoebe seems to be capable of "purifying" whatever she observes, be it changing lewd content into something more SFW, stopping bleeding and gore from being present (Wounds basically don't bleed), or simply blocking any danger from even approaching her line of sight.

Aura sense - She can tell if someone's approaching her via some unseen aura they give off: The more intense it is (good or bad), the harder it is to even sneak up on her.

Hummingbird flight - Basically super speed mixed with flight. However this is incredibly draining in terms of energy, so she only does this if she needs to get somewhere quickly or remove herself from danger.

Other:

-Once observed Mona and "Purified" her outfit, in the form of a long frilly dress. Mona was not happy about it one bit.

-Speaking of which, Mona's pretty much banned from getting anywhere near her, due in part to how easy it would be to cause a Virtue of Purity to fall.

-Still loves her dad even though he wasn't the one who conceived her.

-Considers Kavi like a Grandpa figure, Charity like a cool aunt/Mother figure, and Hauke like a good friend.

-She was really heartbroken over the fact that Hauke fell.

-Patience Scares her.

-Avarice once sold her a body pillow of one of her favorite boy band members. Everyone practically freaked out over it, albeit had to play calm as to not spill the beans on what the hell was wrong with the item she had gotten (she didn't realize it has...less than pure uses)

-Called Avarice the Onceler at one point. Like Mona, he wasn't happy with it.
