About: The beloved  but sometimes ambiguous leader of the StarDashers, Endara has been the  prophet for her race well over fifty years.  An empathetic ruler, Endara  strives to maintain peaceful relations with all the StarDragon races  willing. While seemingly frail, its been said Endara's magical prowess  is something to behold and even those around her have mentioned feeling  rather daunted by the aura the prophet radiates.

There has been some growing tension recently with Endara's rule in that a  couple years back her apprentice had been murdered while on an emissary  mission.  This has caused some uproar as the manner of their death  indicated Shooters as the culprit.  However the main trouble has been  that Endara has yet to take on a new apprentice since the event...  causing many to worry that she may pass before properly training a new  Prophet or worse... she may pass before declaring an heir at all and  leaving the race without a leader for the first time in recorded  history.  When asked, Endara simply gives a soft smile and states "Fret  not.  It is not yet their time to step forward."

StarDasher government style: Many are perplexed by how the StarDashers have a single ruler, being a  race that is made up of small scattered tribes and villages that may  never actually interact with one another in their entire existence.  The  key to their race's government is through their prophets, who often act  as a spiritual network and allow them to while not directly communicate  with one another, give insight to the goings on of various groups.  It  is this link that allows the StarDasher to remain connected despite the  physical gaps, as should one village be attacked by Shooters, the  prophet can use their abilities to forewarn other nearby villages of the  danger and thus they can respond accordingly.

Each village is generally overseen by a small council of elders and  prophets, a title which is then passed on from master to apprentice.   Most commonly this is passed onto the elder's descendants but it isn't  uncommon for the apprenticeship to be given to a non-blood relative in  the event the elder had no children or they feel their own bloodline was  not equipped for such a role.  In smaller villages, they may only have  two or three elders while larger settlements one could encounter a  council of upward to a dozen elders. Generally a village doesn't have  more than one prophet regardless of size, but there have been instances  where a settlement has two.

Religion: While the  StarDashers give respect to all the dragon gods, they consider Raziel  their primary patron as he was the dragon that blessed their race with  his boons.  This devotion has at times caused them to butt heads with  StarSweepers who also consider Raziel their patron, and a few times the  races have had quarrels over which race Raziel loves more.  It is also  not uncommon for StarDashers to engage in nature-worship, leaving small  shrines of tribute in parts of the forest or in desert oasis as a way of  paying homage to the spirits they feel overlook such sacred areas.   Though that said, one can find devotees of any of the dragon gods among  StarDashers and even StarDashers who don't particularly pay homage to  the gods tend to be a bit more superstitious than the other StarDragon  races.
