About: Emperor Imatsujira is as wise as one would expect of his age. A wealth of knowledge, and so much patience it's said he could rival the mother of all StarDragons herself. He's extended this to Alduin, the newly crowned king of StarEaters in hopes of helping the boy run his people. Though his lineage is not numerous when it comes to the ruling of the Imatsujira name, those of his family often rule the longest due to their notorious wisdom and gentle guidance of their people.
...However, despite being such a prestigious man, Emperor Imatsujira is a bit of a scamp when it comes to flirting with young ladies. He's nestled properly in that "I'm old and will spend my twilight years shamelessly but harmlessly flirting with all the ladies." Unfortunately despite a few attempts, the Eater king isn't exactly as eager to charm the damsels as the emperor is.
StarWeaver government style: The StarWeavers have probably one of the more complicated systems of government in place, as per their desire to maintain balance and to keep power from pooling into the hands of a single bloodline. While there are several royal families (12 in fact!) who all oversee various small parts of the Weaver's empire, the title of emperor/empress is not passed down from parent to child. Instead, whenever it is time to select a new emperor/empress, each of the royal families will send a candidate to the Shrine of the Seven Souls where the previous leaders had been laid to rest. There they spend a week amongst the monastic Weavers dedicated to maintaining the shrine who then commune with the spirits of the ancestors as well as attempt to test the mettle of these would be leaders. At the end of the week, the monks decide which of the candidate shall be chosen as the next leader.
Religion: The Weavers tend to revere Yvonne as their primary god, and like Yvonne, mimic Yvonne's preference for peace and staying out of war-like affairs, along with spreading and keeping the peace. But Weavers will pay homage to all the pantheon. The majority of monasteries are often run by Weavers who find the solitude and cloistered lifestyle beneficial to meditation and focus. The Shrine of the Seven Souls is their biggest monastery, and where the tail gem of all the former emperors and empresses are placed after death, as if bringing the souls of the rulers past closer to Yvonne. Like all the StarDragon races though, you are likely to find Weavers of all faiths and even those with a complete lack.
