The modern Tuner is a small hand-held device invented by the Ethereal Rose. The device has many useful features and is an indispensable tool for any Maestro. In fact, the modern relationship between Maestro and Resonator is entirely built on the Tuner. Upon activation it can be linked to a Resonator that has a blank chip installed in them. Once activated, the shell of the device will change based on the Element of the linked Resonator.
