Hello, hi! New to Toyhouse and thought I'd start off by playing this game. :) I guess I'll answer 5 a day until I catch up!
Q1: Who was the first OC you made a profile for on Toyhouse? Why them?
I made Shadowfeather's (Name Pending) profile first as a check to see how profiles are made, sorted, ect. Since I only have one image for him and could easily delete it in case I totally fluffed up when it came to handling it... about 3 hours later, after I figured out folders, my two most prominent characters got their love. Other than that, unlike everyone else here, he's actually nothing special. I haven't even decided how sentient he is, if at all. Or she.
... I don't even know their gender.
Q2. How do your OCs feel about the internet? If it doesn't exist in their universe, how would they feel if it did? What kind of sites do/would they go on?
Eri is not a tech-savvy person. While she doesn't have the internet in Eorzea, she often messes up when it comes to anything technological. That and her quick temper related to anything that doesn't work with her, she would be bound to put her first through a few screens if she were introduced to the internet. Fai, on the other hand, would be disinterested at first. But, once she realized all of the kinds of music, easy access to knowledge about the world around her, and even live blogging, she would have an IPad with her wherever she went.
Q3. Which of your OCs sleeps the most? Who's the hardest to wake up, if it's not the same person?
Fai, hands down. She is not a morning person, and will grouch and snap at people if she has to get up before the sun's well in the sky, dragging herself about like a zombie until she's had her morning caffeine in the form of coffee or tea. Even then, if she doesn't get enough sleep, she'll just go back to napping the moment no one needs her. Waking her can be dangerous as well, even when she is in her elf form, she still has a set of fangs she's not afraid to use. Years of training in her feline form have broken all fears about attacking with her face, leading to more than one person who had their hands bitten by a sleepy elf.
Q4. Which of your OCs is the cleanest? Who takes the longest showers/baths, if it's not the same person?
Eri is the most prudent about her hygiene. Even when she was stationed in the harsh environment of Ul'dah, where the sun baked her through her leathers and the sands brewing in cutting winds, she took time every night to scrub every inch of her body. Her ears and tail are not optional, and both possess long, thick fur. Particularly her tail, which she is incredibly proud of. To top of it off, she dyes the tips of her bangs as often as possible, and care is required to not damage her hair.
Q5. Which of your OCs has the biggest sweet tooth?
Fai is disqualified at the moment, as most of her sweet cravings are due to her pregnancy. But boy does she roar when she doesn't get what she wants. That. Very. Instant. Which is a shame, she is also a dedicated chef and loves to cook, so the notion of a craving for something sweet and hollow leaves her with a bit of a guilty feeling. She knows she deserves better. Eri, the remaining champion, treats herself to snacks of the sweet variety whenever she has the gil for it. She enjoys pampering of any and all kinds and never turns down a sweet treat.
