I only know Cameron through a few online games we occasionally interact through. She’s one of the football players, so I wouldn’t interact with her otherwise. She’s okay, I think.
Yeah, I’ve played online with Camilla a couple times. I knew she was another student at school, but I didn’t know she was Cameron until this year. She always knows how to customize her characters well.
I never really talked to Jeremy at school since we don’t share classes, but we met through online games through some mutual friends. He always seems to be in a good mood.
I guess Cameron’s okay. She’s nice to Josh, and her new look is more interesting than the standard jock style she had before. Maybe she’ll figure out how to do symmetrical eyeliner with more practice…
I never talked to Reba before this year, but Josh asked her for makeup wipes once for me when I made the mistake of wearing eye makeup that wasn’t sweat-proof to football practice. Now she gives me makeup tips, which is good since I’ve only started trying it out recently and need the help. I guess she’s nicer than I thought.
I think the new pink hair look really suits her, but if she wants to test out some other colors, she knows where to find me.
I always thought it was cool how Anamoli can just change colors like that whenever she wants. I thought about how convenient that would be for so long. Just taking the step to try streaks out for the first time was stressful, but at least I did it eventually.
I tried to convince Val to threaten to eat the handful of bullies giving Cameron a hard time for her transition. He didn’t take to the idea, mentioning we ought to have some semblance of professionalism. I dunno, I figure that’s a fair punishment for acting that way. I wonder if Cameron would think so. Maybe not, she’s never been the aggressive type.
I’ve known Jack for a long time since I’ve been in the school system basically all my life. Even though I’m not in his band class, he’s always been a good teacher and just a comforting presence at the school in general. I admit, it choked me up a little when he said he’s proud of how far I’ve come. And he’s right that I should be proud of myself too.
Cameron is a good kid, a little quiet but good. I think she’s coming out of her shell more now, so I’m glad she’s felt comfortable enough to make this change. Hopefully the school can remain a safe place for her. It’s vital to deal with any bullying problems quickly, and I certainly hope the handful of students who have been sent to my office already for their poor behavior toward her have… learned their lesson.
Principal Ryfax has always given off a spooky vibe, but he’s alright. There’s something really funny about how he speaks super professionally around everyone, even the youngest students.
I kinda had a feeling that Cam seemed to take interest in girly things more than most boys do. I honestly thought Cam was just Lorna’s gay bestie, and well, I guess she still technically is. But you know, it wasn’t what I thought at first.
I don’t really know Portia that well or anything, but she’s close friends with Lorna and Jef, and she’s dating Hal now. She never talked to me much, but I certainly would hear from her a lot. Kinda hard not to hear her when she gets going.
I wasn’t that close of friends with Cameron before she transitioned, so honestly sometimes I don’t remember her ever being “a guy” in those previous years at school. At least she finds it funny.
Hal is always pretty quiet, but he’s a nice guy. We’ve talked more since he started assisting for the football team and became friends with some of my other friends. Even though he doesn’t talk much, I think he’s pretty funny.
Cameron is a little quiet, but she’s nice and a good teammate. I’ve noticed Reba actually talks to her now, which is a change. I think they talk about makeup. I like when my friends make new friends with each other.
Josh is a sweet guy. I really think coach should be nicer to him though, especially since, you know, he’s Josh’s dad.
