This is not my character but rather one of my player's characters. They ran the main "Emperor's Penguins" one shot so if you like you may choose to draw them relating to anything within that one shot. (see Oneshot info on the bottom of the page here) They ran this oneshot with: Lady Iventa and Cerrin

The Vulpes race is a mysterious one, its lack of diversity and subraces despite ample opportunities to proliferate and diversify has perplexed me. No Animalian made event could have possibly eliminated such a wide variety of creatures so widely and indiscriminately. I suspect the worst - a plague that has left few survivors. I must encourage everyone to eat and live well lest another strike again and wipe the rest of us from the Earth. Besides, healthy Animalians tend to be happy Animalians and I rather enjoy the company I keep once they find out what I can do for them.

Main Outfit | Victor is tall and lanky for a Lagopus. He wears a pair of wire-rimmed glasses on the tip of his nose for his nearsighted vision. From far away the cooking supplies on his large backpack make him appear as if he is a turtle. Along with his other cooking gear, a large black pot is attached to the outside of his backpack ready to be pulled out any time anyone gets hungry. He wears brownish-green pants and prefers to walk barefoot. On his leg is a strap to hold spices and ointments. He wears a light green sleeveless vest as he feels sleeves get in the way of his work. Under his vest is a sleeveless white, frilled collared shirt pulled together with a dark green bowtie. When cooking he will wear a white apron to keep everything neat. (feel free to add a cheesy saying to the front of it)

He is a Lagopus and has Ancient Eyes.
