Spooky Happenings

Being a late night as-is, and already being tired and sore from sitting in a chair outside in the chill all night, Veo decided he deserved a drink or something. He wondered what to make himself, then realized maybe he could look up something and use what he had to make some sorta... halloween cocktail or whatever. Yea that seemed like a good idea! The thought of making a special drink kinda perked him up actually, and he got some bottles of liquor out then googled some recipes.

Most of the first page's recipes called for weird liquors that he had never even heard of, ones that had odd colors and tastes that fit an autumn theme or something spooky. It made sense but eh.. it seemed more like these were for parties, something to get ingredients for he supposed. Also just a little too much effort.. he didn't feel like making black sugar rimmed glasses for himself right now.
The next article was a bit better, but had more rambling than he'd enjoy... ugh he hated when bloggers would just share their life story before telling you what the actual ingredients are.

Finally he found a list of spooky cocktails with actual things he has in his house, and he tried a few test tastes of various ones to see if they'd even taste good. A few were a defiant no, but a few of them were actually good. And after he made one for himself, Veo sat down on his couch to get tispy to a spooky movie. Preferably something funny as well since the last few 'horror movies' were a bust. Not even scary to him in the slightest.

He made a few more drinks, same method, before eventually getting cozy in the throw blanket and passing out on the couch for the night.
