[2203/200]

This was it, this was the final moment. The last stand that the Edrenje’s was going to make against the titan and it’s pet: the sorcerer’s apprentice of old. Which was quite terrifying actually how young Lorena looked in front of you. The lions wielding weapons and armor while standing in straight lines behind Perseus. Normally Kereenyaga always lead the charge especially if we going to be fighting paw by paw , tooth and nail, beside his brother Jengo. But both prides as well as the spirits agreed that Percy himself should be the one to defend his new home as well as his old first.

Perseus looked at Kuoana to his left and Kereenyaga to his right, he gave them a dip of his head before letting out a ferocious roar as the signal to attack before leading the charge with his trident in his mouth. He may have looked fierce but he was nervous about taking one of his pride mates with his trident especially the kralot. Percy was heading straight towards the stone cat like titan made of stone shrouded with trees sticking out of his shoulders and silver chains clinging furiously to the titan’s body but a black portal had appeared in front of him.

Percy skittered to an halt as did the lions that were relying on him to keep the pace of the charge which climaxed a massive pile up. It was brutal to say the least as the sorceress apprentice Lorena had emerged with an conniving little grin written all over her face. Who knew it was her all along, Perseus had headed the note but still it had quite frankly taken the lion off guard especially when the battle was just ramping up. He was aware of the portals but the intensity that radiates from them had weakened him and the lions that had crashed into his dorsi muscles. "You three keep going for the titan the rest of us we'll deal with this literal scamp in our midst." Percy hoarsely called out and watched three of the lions worm their way out and continue the charge towards the massive titan with the body of a feline, made purely out of nature's finest materials, it's eyes a vibrant red filled with molten magma, it's body of harsh charcoal that had it's own fractures, with massive arms housing mosses and brilliant trees with all of nature living upon it. And the titan's mouth what used to be a cave with stalagmites housed vicious bats, yet no one could find it's life force yet or had the opportune moment to get close enough to search out it's life force without getting beat down by it's chains or creatures the it could control.

"So you think you can defeat me, oh mighty Perseus." The little kitten sneered menacingly at him as she started chanting a spell to close her dark magic portal that she appeared out of when she did the titan regained full strength and began to release hellfire upon the lions, hyenas, foxes, and cats that had all unified under the sea, earth, and heavens to destroy these deceitful creatures reigning tyranny over the once harmonious lands. "Think again..." Lorena evilly cackled.

Perseus bared his fangs as her once former soothing image flashed into his mind immediately to be replaced by her cold and calculating current one hidden behind the note from the unfamiliar fox, "What was the point of angering a resting ancient beast, Lorena? It's not about who is defeated now it's about who returns with their shield and who gets carried back on it to their homelands." The male snarled picking up his trident and parrying an attack from the apprentice Lorena before his claws slashed violently out before him making Lorena shriek in unbridled rage from her new wounds but she gave an murderous look to the lions in front of her who were sending out attacks on her.

"I'm surprised you and your other little wimpy buddies who fear kelp haven't figured it out... Who cares about his lifeforce or draining every magical drop from his massive body! You silly lions take everything so seriously! Why don't you have a little bit of fun!" She merrowed vindictively before waving her paws hypnotizingly through the air and laid a vindictive spell that trapped Perseus and the lions beside him into their minds. It immobilized him and the others and now she had the ability to run freely and wreck havoc on the creatures below as she made another demonic portal to teleport her deeper into the battle that was sending another charge in to attack the titan and her. While she had made that portal the lions had managed to deal quite a bit of critical damage to the titan which sent parts of his  rocky body dropping into the sea below them.

Perseus wanted to shriek, scream, do something but his mind hazily dredged him to his old nightmares before whizzing and whirling him into past conversations. One quite notable with the small hero Ka'talla, Perseus always recognized them with their weapon and them spewing conspiracies Percy was a bit worried about. CONSPIRACIES!!! Ka'talla had been speaking to him about how his universe wasn't real but her universal dimension was real and he never existed... There was also something about the movement of time and Lorena... Lorena could spell-...? No, that wasn't right. Lorena could use here powers to immobilize you and trap you inside your head for hours and hours till she could defeated! That's what it was... Percy wanted to pass out, Ka'talla all along had been correct on more things then he thought, so did that mean he was never real? His nightmares, love for Aine, and his soul was never real? This was the second time Percy was about to have a identity crisis and being immobilized with other lions in battle was not helping his current state of mind either. At least there was other lions still being able to fight, he just needed to let them know what just happened. He could hear every time a portal was made to either teleport or bring in aid from the realm of the titan .And that only grew for him to become more anxious...

Achilles had noticed for quite some time that Perseus and the small group of lions around him had been frozen for a period of time, as he continued charging towards Lorena with his blade in his teeth he watched the lions in front of her freeze up to but lucky for the orange lion who didn't want to be back on this position yet here he was. Achilles swung down the sword piercing her shoulder and hearing a loud clink which made the titan behind him bellow. That wasn't right... Lorena would have been screaming by now not the titan. The orange lion flew up and slashed her cloak into pieces and saw the lifeforce that had attached to her shoulder. It was odd as he stared at the turquoise creature made purely out of the jewel that clacked it's pincher's at him. The life force was a beetle sacred to many civilizations in the past but to Achilles made him uneasy. The small sorceress was about to whip around but Perseus was faster he ripped the beetle from his shoulders and dropped his sword to the ground. It looked like there was going to be no more portals as he quickly spotted Aine.

He flew over to the lioness who was doing triage on the battle field,"Aine take this, I will take over here but you need to start pressing this to the lions and creatures frozen. Lorena trapped them in their minds and paralyzed them to their place. Once their free send them to trap Lorena. They will know what to do the sea and the sky taught of them well about how to trap her, she is weak without this force... Don't let her get it alright."

"O-ok..." Aine said nervously and took the beetle clutching it to her own heart before she started sprinting to the furthest location as Lorena was running screaming ichor laced murder after her. She sprinted too Perseus' side and quickly started pressing the beetle to the lions frozen in time around him before barking orders to capture Lorena. Luckily they were alert enough to heed her words and that Lorena didn't have to be captured for the life force to work. Yet with everyone lion she freed the titan would shriek and shrivel while more rocks and trees would crumble from it's body as animals ran from it's arms to escape to the lands so they wouldn't crumble to the seas below. Aine's eyes brimmed with salty droplets as she put her paw to Percy's frozen face and gently caressed it. He looked so terrified much like the rest of the others that she was working with and trying to soothe their dying souls. So she softly placed the beetle to his chest and watched him slowly become reanimated.

Perseus gasped raggedly as he dove into Aine's arms with tears in his eyes, "I'm not real, your real.... I'm not..." Percy repeated over and over again as he sobbed into her warm mane that smelled of daisies.

Aine dropped the beetle and held Percy tightly in her arms while she glanced down at him curiously as to why he kept repeating that phrase," What are you saying, Percy? Who told you that? What did you see? Spill Percy, spill what is one your mind." The amycla pleaded with the nervous male lion while his eyes wanted to refuse an answer. "Dang it Percy! Your real, your the realest lion I've ever known. You changed yourself to protect others, to protect me, your hilarious and loving, and real... Who cares what conspiracy theorists say. They have issues and hate birds." Aine said running a paw through Percy's soft mane while holding his face in her paw to make him look at her. Her eyes contained an intensity that was never seen before and she watched his gaze turn to the lions chaining up Lorena in her own set of chains that drained her magic completely. "Don't worry about them Perseus, focus on yourself... Take a moment and breath.: She said softly letting go of his face and stroking his head.

Perseus' eyes refocused on her, Lorena was now the sea and the stars kingdom's problem. She had been arrested and it looked like she was going to be tried both kingdom's and judged for her war crimes. And he prayed to the gods that she would get the harshest trial ever for imprisoning a titan and marring many souls. Percy was real, his parents were real, and this was his real life. He nodded as he wiped his tears and his eyes focused on the gem beetle,"Aine what's that? Who did you get it from?"  Percy asked as he sniffled and cleared his throat before looking into her eyes.

"Oh Achilles... He was feeling pretty flirtatious and gave me the titan's life force that he had stolen off of the apprentice. It was pretty brave of him." Aine said with a smug little smirk on her face as she blinked coyly. She chuckled as watched Perseus got mad before pressing a kiss to his cheek,"Take it and fix what has been broken, Percy. You were made for this..." Aine said gently and placed the beetle into his warm paws.

Perseus smiled and took the beetle, he was about to start bounding off before deciding on turning around and running back into Aine. He pressed a kiss of her nose before mumbling an sloppy as well as nervous I love you, and then started running to the other frozen lions reliving Aine to go back to her triage duties It didn't take long to free the other lions and it seemed that Lorena had already been paw delivered to the high Queen Elvira Walstrand. Percy glanced around him and cleared his throat nervously as beetle started clacking it's pinchers once more. It seemed the titan was completely week. Maybe the battle was going to be over soon enough. And as Perseus started running he looked down and saw that the beetle went still, it's brilliant blue disappearing as the titan stilled. Percy's jaw dropped as the titan fell back into the sea transforming into a lifeless island off of the coast of the Edrenje's. Percy quickly shattered the stone and started burying it into different spots to make sure that it would never be found again.

It was silent as lions and cats, and foxes and hyena's realized that the battle was finally over. They were finally free from mass destruction of an youthful sorceress and an heartbroken titan. Maybe it was the gods and goddesses that had helped them win this battle or maybe it was the spirits of the first lions who had put the titan to sleep. But nobody knows all they knew was that they had made history once more.

This was the valley's final stand from raging seas and storming skies...
