DDD, standing for Dragonblood Development Department, is a Svalbard based underground "lab" and safe house for dragonbloods. One part is a safehouse for dragonbloods who are being hunted down for whatever reason, the other is a place where they are humanely trying to figure out what exactly dragonbloods are. They are protected by a splinter group of assassins who broke away from their guild after an incident with Orto. Dragonbloods there don't have to take part in experiments. Only if they want to.
The lab area, known as the site, is located on the west and north side of DDD, forming an L shape. The west wing is dedicated to research, and is also where the infirmary is located. The north wing is made up of what look like at first glance to be holding cells. These are for dragonbloods who wish to be contained when shifting.
In between the two wings, where they both meet, is a massive hall where physical tests are carried out. It's large enough to accomodate the largest dragon and also enough for a smaller dragon to fly. The roof here is part of the rock of the island.
The safehouse, or dorms as it's known, is located on the east side of DDD. It is separated by a long hall where both refugees and researchers gather to talk, hold meetings or generally hang out. The dorms consist of three floors of rooms large enough for people to comfortably live in, with larger rooms for those dragonbloods who's dragon form is too big for a normal room. Corridors connect these rooms.
The dorms have their own separate canteen/kitchen to the site, which is arguably in better condition than the site's one.
