About

From the outside, the Halls are seen as seven huge doors half buried in a dune. They are situated in a semicircle, around a circular stone dias that has carvings in every known language, and in the centre of which stands a lone set of scales. Reeds surround the dias, with a single path in and several leading out.

This is where Saturn leads newly awakened souls, to an endless paradise within an infinite hall of their choosing. They are tested by the scales to determine if their souls are pure enough to enter, of if they need to be sent back to living realm to work through their troubles until they are at peace enough to gain their reward.

Each of the seven halls are dedicated to a specific branch and a specific deity, from different religions and mythologies.

Here is a list of those halls and links to the info about them.

Hall 1, dedicated to the R Branch and ruled over by Eve and Adam.

Hall 2, dedicated to the O Branch and ruled over by Tiamat.

Hall 3, dedicated to the Y Branch and rule over by Ifrit.

Hall 4, dediacted to the G Branch and ruled over by Freya.

Hall 5, dedicated to the B Branch and ruled over by Achlys (And gaeae).

The Myriad Hall, dedicated to the I Branch and ruled over by Wenet.

Hall 7, dedicated to the V Branch and ruled over by Xiuhtecuhtli.

Souls pure of heart are allowed to choose a hall to spend their paradise in. Inside, the halls are infinite and hold all one can desire. They have been known as utopias, oasises, zion and fantasies by many.

The troubled souls are gently taken aboard a ship and ferried to a circle of seven stone pillars. Here, they have to walk to the middle, where they are sucked down through quicksand and wake back in the living world. Where and whom they wake as depends on both their physical condition beforehand and on how severe the troubles are.

Souls who had an untimely death, be it through illness or accident, are given a choice; They can return to the living world, in their own body, as a baby or even someone else entirely, or they can continue on to the afterlife if their scales balance.
