The Yggdrasil Complex is, put in basic terms, a prismatic blue light tree of an epic scale. The trunk alone houses the Hub, which contains room for a workplace, living area and much more.
The branches off of the trunk are purely prismatic and aren't quite physical, yet also not quite metaphorical. Each of the seven branches sprouting from the trunk end in a circle of seven worlds, which each sprout seven branch that end in several worlds, which in turn grow seven branch, etc.
Each branch is dedicated to a root world; a circle of seven worlds beneath the tree among the roots. These are the bases for all things.
It is possible to travel along the branches with the right equipment. Usually, speed is the key. In the past people have used wings, jetpacks and hover scooters, but now a Q-jump is used more often than not.
