The DSR, standing for Dragonblood Search and Rescue, are an organisation on OU3. It is run by dragons and some dragonbloods.
The DSR make it their job to rescue mistreated dragonbloods and bring them to one of many safehouses around the world, where they can recieve the care they need. These dragonbloods are fostered or adopted off to dragons, where they are cared for and taught all that's needed on how to be a dragon.
There are also special groups set up where dragonbloods can spend a day and be taught how to control their human side and how to utilise it to the best of their abilities.
