• In some timelines, she and Star Sapphire become The Archives' friendly roommates
• She's by far the strongest character I have. Seriously, she sees almost everything the future has to offer, that's some god level nonsense

story & relations

As asteristic gems were slowly replaced by their modern models, Sapphire emerged as the first perfect cut among the new sapphires. Her future vision calculations outshone others not only with their accuracy, but also by how far into the distant future they can reach. Sapphire's former garnet, Leuco, quickly understood such blessings needs to be protected at all costs. As a result, Sapphire was reassigned to White's Distant Moon Archives where she safely remains even today. Forever... And ever... Forever~

Despite being locked in a lonely chamber and completely forgotten by the public, Sapphire doesn't seem to mind her isolated life. After all, her intrusive powers make socializing with others difficult. Additionally, only few individuals could even comprehend the context her visions connect to. With all that said, The Archives are run by one of those gems who can understand Sapphire clearly.

The Archivist

As centuries went by, the stories of a solar eclipse consuming stars became a myth. Even the other celestials forgot of such an event. Yet with patience, there will come a reward. They shall see the beauty of the world once more. In fact, it is the eclipse destined to bring their stolen crown back to its closest heir.

Her majesty

As the sunny star finally settles and enters her era long slumber, the night will travel across the universe in her name. She'll speak to nobody about her true intentions, only laugh at how meaningless praising the land covered in her darkness is. For the night, it's only a silent act of catching up with time and herself.

Former majesty

Ah, the mighty light our star produces. She's always ahead, aiming to the distant lands. With the flow of time, she'll be put to a long rest. Only then she can happily reunite with her lost shadow.

Kakortokite

A herald announcing how far away is the night, bringing nightmares to those who are scared of her dark. Yet, they also shield her from the stars' burning light, the one night so fears she rather resigns in the moon's crust. Thankfully, the herald won't be needed once the fear is overcome.

Funny, I don't actually know them yet. I cannot witness time in its past form, but I can wait for its future encounters. Heh, waiting... That's what The Archives are all about.
