Daniel and Rowan were my first mlm oc otp lmao I made them back in late 2013 / early 2014 for another setting but since they both ended up dying in the RP I resurrected them in another setting where they're now vampires because I just think they're neat. By far my most functional and healthy couple of any orientation are Greyshadow and Tasp, who are both mercenary fighters in a high/dark fantasy setting. They're both boys and Greyshadow (the elf) is additionally trans, so they're probably my most LGBT-related characters in modern terms. Also they are very much in love, and each have to take great care not to be distracted by their partner looking sexy and badass on the battlefield hppffft.

diego and yuuto had a bit of a rocky start to their relationship, but now things have been mutually worked through and theyre happy together ! they have similar interests and enjoy talking about their professions + working together because they do overlap a bit . yuuto has helped diego become a bunch more outgoing and they both just? genuinely enjoy each other's company a lot . they both feel relaxed being around eachother. words hard

Bailey and Cyan are a couple. They met each other in med school and currently work at the same hospital, with Bailey being a nurse and Cyan a surgeon. On the surface they seem like a prim and classy couple of ladies, but Cyan’s actually really weird, a little intense sometimes, and likes to annoy Bailey with all sorts of “hellooooo nurse~” jokes and the like. Bailey just kind of shakes her head and rolls with it at this point.
Got one WLW. Julia Wright/Henry Newman and Melodie Ashen. No character sheet for Melodie on account of her being my game masters' NPC, but she's got a blurb on hir character sheet.
In canon they only dated for a week, and 4 of those 7 days were spent in a medfant subplot in which my character was biologically male (much to his joy and Melodies disappointment), but it left a deep mark on H/J until hir death, and I had a bunch of headcanons on where to take that relationship once they got back to England, including a short, rather boring fluff piece on H/J trying to make pancakes for Melodie.
They first met when Melodie, a combat medic working with The Occultists, saved H/J's life from a werewolf. S/he ended up with some heavy injuries regardless, being put under for emergency surgery. S/He came to and, still on the operating table, promptly asked Melodie to come out with hir for coffee once s/he gets better, figuring s/he's probably about to die anyway and has nothing to lose. To hir immense surprise the nurse was delighted with the idea. :P
And despite how short that relationship was I think it was...probably the most functional relationship, straight or otherwise, I've had in roleplays for a long time? They had issues and red flags, but you could clearly see what they found loveable and admirable in each-other. And they were just plain cute together. I miss them, even if I don't think the relationship would've worked out long-term. But H/J could've really lived out hir full romantic potential with her.

alistair and isaiah were childhood friends that grew up together! ace had a crush on him for awhile that turned into a proper love for the other but isaiah deliberately ignored his feelings due to a lot of internalised homophobia
isaiah then went on to date kiyung in highscool, sorted himself out, and started dating ace as well! it was a long time coming - and while ki and ace aren't romantic together - both boys are content and happy w/ him and each other (there's a lot more to it than that tho, ace's backstory goes in depth abt it)
they three of them care v deeply abt each other and are always there for the other(s) when times get tough
travis and seichi met when sei was pushed a grade ahead in highschool, which ended up putting them in a few classes together! they're both v close and patient w/ one another (even when TK's baking gets out of hand lol) and have literally never had an argument! they're basically soulmates, and never seem to be down when the other is around - they both eventually adopt a son together, being harrison! TK and sei were an accidental ship back in the day - back when they were fantrolls only my bf and i made them a couple as a joke just bc they were the same blood colour, both nerds, and both wore glasses - they're now the couple that's been together the longest, and have been together somewhere vaguely around four and a half years IRL?
silene and elora are another one! silene met her when she was diving down into the v depths of the river cave system she lived in for the first time once her mother fell ill (her mother used to tend to the wildlife and plantlife down there but now can't due to her sickness and age so silene took over) and was immediately smitten! since elora is blind, silene loves describing all the things around her in detail and loves how it makes her smile!
some more mermaids here w/ sammy and atticus! they were also a joke at first bc we were like 'lmao what if we made our fish into OCs' and they kinda ended up a proper thing? w/ an actual relationship? sammy met atti when he was being beaten up by a bunch of other bettamaid so that's a p interesting first meeting right off the bat - their relationship took a long time to get off the ground due to how grouchy sammy was and also bc male bettas... typically fight. not kiss. so it was v awkward and new territory for the both of them
they ended up finding a new place to live a bit a ways out from the general bettamaid population due to all the taunts and jeering they'd receive, so it's safe to say that it was difficult maintaining a relationship when the rest of the world was kinda against them - they're p happy and content now, just taking life as it comes at a calm and relatively peaceful pace
jae and fenix are in a bit of a complicated relationship, as one of jae's alters - rahart - is in his own relationship w/ a girl called alicia, so things were a little rocky between the four of them for a little while (especially after they had their daughter emily) but everything is fine and dandy now! both jae and fenix are quiet and soft at heart and spend a lot of time simply cuddled together watching disney movies (which are jae's favourites) or anything colourful and cartoony (if they're feeling up to it, romantic comedies w/ some pizza or a homemade dinner are also good)
jae loves cooking for him and they're both v affectionate w/ one another! like a few of the others mentioned above, they met each other in school - around abt midway through, but didn't start properly dating until the end of highschool
speaking of fenix, his younger brother zach is dating his best friend aaron! no-one was surprised when these two got together bc they were both like two peas in a pod! they met at the start of highschool in year 8, and were inseparable ever since! tho they didn't start dating until a lot later on
i don't rly have much to say abt them? just guys being dudes - always getting up to mischief and getting into trouble by graffiting things together and exploring construction sites before doing some sicc tricks on their skateboards (aka getting caught doing dumb shit then falling on their faces but at least they do it together lol)
back to harrison (who was mentioned earlier), he's in a relationship w/ cain! the two met not long after harri was adopted, when TK and sei took him to a park where they met up w/ their old english teacher erik and his gf melissa w/ their son! the two ended up playing together on the swings and stuff and became instant best friends
harri always insisted on visiting cain (even if his friend, delilah, who was always at his place scared the shit out of him) and they grew closer and closer until they eventually fell for one another hard
lauren and vanessa are another 'childhood friend turned lover' kinda deal, but once again didn't end up in a relationship until they were in highschool (and after vi had split w/ her then bf - on good terms tho) these two are the stereotypical 'goth gf and prep gf' w/ lauren being into black and heavy metal and vi preferring pink and pop
these two are often giggling and gossiping w/ one another and i'm getting so tired of typing goodness i think listing these w/o descriptions would've been so much easier
ratih and jay (her human AU self anyway, i don't have a tab for her yet) met at a crochet club! they're kinda dating on the down low, not bc they're worried abt what ppl might think but just bc they don't see the fuss in being public abt it - the only person who's rly aware is ratih's .. son (? not rly but kinda?) ashton
victoria and emeryth (human AU as well i promise she's not dating a dragon - also i'm not sure what emeryth's human AU name is i'll have to ask oops) are another couple - their relationship is played off as vicky saying emeryth's her 'sugar mummy' but rly they're both head over heels for each other
i swear the more i look the more i find god anyway another couple is orchid and esonsa! their meeting was... certainly something? esonsa was trying to break into orchid's restaurant to poison the food to kill someone she had a hit on that would be eating there but orchid ran into her and just started yapping away like she does lol anyway long story short orchid ended up winning her cold heart over and they're dating now

carson and maliik met on a beach (where carson thought maliik was a dead body bc of how lifeless he was, turned out that's just how he is) and somehow both their intimidating, antisocial personalities drew them to each other (y'all know how ppl say similar personalities don't get along? not in their case)
cut forward to their mid teens and these two boys are making a living by robbing houses of the wealthy and selling whatever goods they find! unfortunately this resulted in maliik being .. well. killed. it was only then did carson realise 'fuck. i actually loved him.' but thankfully (?) maliik returned as a ghost but ... wasn't quite himself? he ended up a lot more depressed
the two never end up dating but both have mutual pining for each other that they're both too stubborn to act on
elian and jack! i love these boys so much, they're one of my faves along w/ leiko, who's their mutual gf
these two are in the honorable mentions bc since they are in a polyamorous relationship w/ her, it's not exactly 100% gay. but they're both boys, and they're together so i felt it was worth mentioning here
caleb and erik are another two boys that are pining for one another - while they do end up together eventually they're not rly a thing at their current point in time. lauren and vi always comment on how stupid they are bc it's obvious they're into each other, but all the teasing from their friends is why it takes them so long to actually be a couple bc while they don't openly say it, it actually makes them both a bit uncomfortable

Alexander and Alieni aren't currently together, but they're both crushing on each other and eventually they'll get together! They met at a cafe, where their robot friend who thinks the two are good for each other keeps trying to set them up.
Dean and Valric are also crushing but haven't revealed their feelings yet! Dean saved Valric from his abusive family and they live in a apartment together with some of Dean's friends.
Oli and Sam are gonna get together after their whole comic/story n stuff gets started and then ends. Sam found Oli falling from the sky and caught him, then took him home and the two live together.
Ambriel and Charles are also lovestruck idiots who haven't admitted their feelings yet! Charles met Ambriel at school, where he was a target for bullying due to being a angel in a mostly demon-populated school, and Charles doesn't attack him like the other demons may do, but near the demons he will call him a loser or such, so they don't get mad at him for liking a angel.
Kyle and Ryan would've been together if Kyle's dad didn't decide to do evil villain things.
Azure and Albrich are dating! But they aren't all that fleshed out yet. Azure keeps Alberich, along with a whole merperson kingdom stored in his eye, it's kinda a long story.
Natasha and Sage are dating, but they aren't really detailed yet story wise either.
Aconite and Wisteria liked each other in the past, but Aconite's been brainwashed into thinking she needs to kill Wisteria, while Wisteria finds this weird ninja girl who keeps attacking her quite familiar! And Aconite has a bit of control of her thoughts still, and a lot of it is her gay panic.
Adrani and Pharoh were dating before Adrani died, but who says ghosts can't still be in love?
Micah and Maddox were once a couple, they simply just didn't work out, but I'm writing their story and how they became friends once more.
It's still a rough draft, but I'm taking a liking to these guys, although Maddox is getting involved with Grey, just not sure if they will end up together or find somebody else.
All my OC couples so far are LGBTQ+ in some way. Here's a few of the same-sex ones:
First of all, there's Absalom Hayes and Severin Lapointe - they've been essentially good friends since forever and spent a solid fifteen years pining for each other because they both thought the other was WAY out of their league (and in Absalom's case, potentially asexual) and they were both too scared to mess up a beautiful friendship by asking. They very much stay Best Friends In Love even after they get together and stay together for ages and ages, they just add an incredibly sappy domestic dimension to their relationship. Huge cuddle bugs, the two of them; got into the habit of saying "I love you" to each other at least five times a day pretty damn quickly; generally just come across as an Old Married Couple.
From the same story, there's Lionel Cerys and Valère Lovell, who are not quite as cloyingly sweet. Val met Lionel while he was studying for an exam in a tavern, and was instantly smitten with the deceptively cute but also bitingly cynical young mage who somehow managed to be simultaneously a self-absorbed, snobbish smartass and totally unaware of how smart he really was; essentially all bluster, but hiding genuine competence. Val thought it was an absolute travesty that this amazing young mage found that silly posturing necessary at all and had half a mind to kick the ass of anyone who ever made Lionel feel unworthy. And Lionel in turn was fascinated with that brash, confident guy who just came up to him and went "hey, you look interesting, let's talk" - and they can keep up with each other when it comes to conversation. They're also both kind of blunt and occasionally snarky, and have no issues throwing snide remarks at each other - but if anybody else tries to get in on the fun... hoooo boy, they won't take that kindly at all.
Then there's Wilhelmina Harriet Norton and Allison - Allison was the one who fell for Wilma first, because there was something alluringly dangerous about the private detective, and so she decided she'd stick around, essentially solely due to a Big Ol' Gay Crush that developed into genuine affection once Allison got a glimpse or two behind the grumpy facade. Wilma wasn't amused at first, but over time she came to appreciate her unexpected companion, especially after she realized that Allison may be spoiled like hell, but she sure isn't the naive, brainless socialite Wilma expected... and that combination of enthusiastic optimism, honest kindness, and a surprising amount of street smarts started to really interest Wilma after a while... so of course they still spend half a book awkwardly dancing around each other until they finally admit that they're stupidly in love with each other. Funnily enough, Allison is the forward and confident one in the relationship, while Wilma, for all her experience, spends a staggering amount of time awkwardly stammering and blushing because the woman has No idea how anything longer than a one-night-stand is even supposed to work.
Aaaand last but not least: Orephoron Sanguineus and Aurelius "Laurel" D'Angelo - Angel who was essentially kicked out for being too damn nice is supposed to hunt down demon who got stuck on earth. Surprise, surprise: The angel who got shafted for faking paperwork because he didn't want to turn human souls away really isn't capable of killing anything, and the demon is not only both seriously attracted to the pretty angel and deeply fascinated by how freaking kind he is, but also really just wants his cushy job watching over the unjustly damned back, has absolutely zero interest in harming anybody, and his definition of "doing evil" is pretty much just "giving humans who ask exactly what the asked for". They end up commiserating over shitty bosses, enjoy having conversations on even footing, and eventually just... fall in love, pretty much.
