Duties of cubs are mostly just to have fun and enjoy cubhood. But there are a few small duties that cubs are often made to do. They are required to go and visit the rank makisas and observe at least one outing from each rank. That way they have a general idea of what they wish to do when they get older. Then cubs are usually given the task of skinning rabbits if they ever become bored, or to go with the tamatama and help collect things, since cubs tend to have an eye for all sorts of trinkets.

If there are any prisoners within the pride then they are required to help with the workload in one of the ranks of their choosing. If they are stubborn enough not to chose a rank to help serve, then a rank is chosen for them. They would be required to pick up the workload that others may leave behind or to just help with things in general... of course, they'd have to have a careful eye watching them and helping them along the way.
