Part of the last set of Hetaha angels made. Way younger in comparison to other angels from previous sets. Unlike other Hetaha angels, he and the rest from that set didn't receive a gift from what made them. As well, they weren't 'directly' made instead were set up to come into existence after a certain amount of time has passed.

Spent almost his entire early life outside the influence of other angels. He basically came into existence and immediately wandered off of Hetaha since no one was watching him. Struggles to relate to other angels due to this and the fact that he really didn't have to deal with the mess Hetaha is. Finds a lot more in common with demons.

Prefers to wander around as a long-legged owl, but will usually take on a human form to be polite when talking to demons and other angels. As an owl he is tiny, he's like 1' 5", with most of that height is from his long legs. 

Part of the Council of Hetaka. Youngest and most recent member. Voted in due to him having a huge backing by demons. Didn't mean to join, he was just very vocal and things got away from him.

Has a very progressive view, feels that it's silly to limit changes based on how things were handled on Hetaha. 

A visionary for sure, but his effectiveness as a leader is hampered by the fact he is still immature. Has a hard time dealing with the fact that he can make decisions that can kill people. Relates far more to demons than angels as he never considered Hetaha his home.

One of the few angels that can manipulate his form to the point he can take on the appearance of something that doesn't exist. Angels usually can only take on the appearance of existing creatures; sometimes, they even directly copy appearances if they don't want to take the time to think about how they want to look. The human form he takes looks not quite right since he likes to play around with his appearance. Other angels typically don't have enough experience interacting with humans to notice.

Marries a demon (that I still need to name). Upon their marriage, she gifts him a star patterned coat and silver armlets.
