Cycles through four forms. One being a human woman, the second it's basically the first but crispy, third it's a mostly intact skull that's on fire, and the fourth is just a bunch of crystals. To change forms she either has to stop using fire magic and let herself 'heal' or use more magic and burn herself up. 

Goes from 5'8" ->5'3" ->6' something

Generally hangs around as an on fire skull since it's the easiest to be in.
