L.L.

LL claims to have been a heron as a child, but he grew out of that. With his arms and the back of his hands being scaled like bird legs, and his long-legged willowy build with an all too tiny waist, maybe that is true. Still, former bird or not, LL distinctly looks inhuman. His skin is pale green, his face sharply angled, and his too wide mouth is filled with oddly shaped teeth. LL’s eyes are large for his face, and have oval-shaped dark green irises and light green slit pupils. His eyes do have a tapetum lucidum, and reflect green when the light catches them.

Like most fae, LL dresses strangely, albeit his outfit of muted earth tones with only hints of gold is rather mild for fae tastes. LL adores gaudy makeup, and cuts his hair with what appears to be zero effort to make it into any style. His black hair is faintly iridescent, only becoming noticeable when it's wet.

If guising himself as a human, LL still retains his slightly pointed ears and his six fingered hands – a dead give away for those used to the fae.

A young fay, LL still finds people to be irresistibly charming with their short, generally pointless little lives. They're wonderful entertainment, and the stories and food one can get out of them are even better. LL enjoys messing with people. Telling them cryptic nonsense, giving out bad directions, making deals where the only thing he gains is watching them squirm with fear of screwing up; almost anything goes in the name of fun. Fortunately for people, LL isn't overtly malicious. A manipulative bastard and a thief at times, but he isn't out to kill (as a dead human isn't all that fun since they don't DO anything then). It helps that LL is still overeager and naïve. A clever person wouldn't find it too difficult to outwit him.

LL is inexperienced with other fae due to largely being isolated from them. He has no big ambitions as he hasn't really thought about the never-ending power game fae wrap themselves up into. To a crippling extent, LL is also wholly devoted to his mother. He adores her. She hates him. He knows how she feels, but doesn't much care. That's just how mothers are.

• You don't have to try to get his hair exact. He cuts it with scissors without looking whenever he feels like it is too long, it's not a consistent look lol
