Raphael's right-hand man. Raphael's certainly full of ideas and charisma, but wouldn't have been able to seize hold of Hetaha without Belas's help. Belas is a charismatic leader in his own right, but has no interest in ever assuming full control Hetaha. Power is nice, but he doesn't want to devote 100% of his time to controlling Hetaha. He has other things he much rather be doing. 

Was gifted a war horn by the being he served. Has a small collection of other gifts that were given to other angels. Less of 'finders keepers' and more of "if you outlive your enemies, you get to keep their things." The only thing out of the set of items he has that I have decided on is a polearm war hammer. 

Form he takes is nearly human. The most obvious part that is 'off' is his eyes. One of the few angels that can manipulate his form to the point he can take on the appearance of something that doesn't exist. Angels usually can only take on the appearance of existing creatures; sometimes, they even directly copy appearances if they don't want to take the time to think about how they want to look. His eyes glow faintly and he has random strands of hair that are golden. A bit vain, he's spent a lot of time on his human appearance and is extremely proud of what he has crafted.

Even by angel standards, Belas fights dirty. 

Formerly worked quite a bit with Alania and also helped trap her in a lake. Knows that now that she's free, there is a 100% chance that she is out to get him. Belas is unsure that if in a 1-on-1 fight if he would be able to beat Alania, especially if she catches him by surprise. 

Their wings are shaped like a swallow's and are an iridescent dark blue-green that fades to a lighter green.
