The moon is represented by the goddess of the moon, Mwezi. Mwezi is one of the two joint rulers of Miungu. She is known to be kind, patient, just, calm, and open to change. She is perceived as a white lioness with glowing eyes, and pale grey spots all over her body. She is always wearing a pendant with a moon on it that changes to match the moon cycle. She's very graceful, and she has a small bracelet with a star on it on her right front paw. She rules over the land at night, while her lover rules over it during the daytime. They rule together during eclipses, share the same amount of ruling time on equinoxes, and each have their own day of worship on the solstices.
