Kipepeo usually tends to think that she works better alone, because other lions slow her down or make the both of them more likely to get caught. When she is forced to work with someone else, she's often the one in charge and giving the orders. She doesn't usually work well with anyone, but occasionally someone comes along that she manages to not hate. She works best with someone who is also ridiculously bossy, and the two of them usually come to some sort of agreement while coming up with a plan. However, best does not mean good. She just happens to hate these kinds of lions less than everyone else she has to work with. She hates working with lions who are cowardly, or refuses to get close to something for fear of alerting them of their locations. There's no reason for it, and in her mind, anyone who has those beliefs should not be a Scout. She also prefers to work with someone who is usually willing to listen to her ideas, but will call her out when they know her plan is trash. Her philosophy is that it's better to try something and fail miserably at it than to not even approach the situation. Luckily, for her and her pridemates, she is the only Scout currently present in the Ushirikiano Pride. Hopefully she will be for a while, but Shimo thinks that it would be good for her to learn how to work with all sorts of lions.
