Weichselien

weichselien is a greater demon in the ninth circle of hell. he is in the upper ranks of the ice demons, who are in charge of keeping their king and first demon, lucifer, thoroughly encased in ice. he is a thoroughly pompous and graceful individual, who despite the great incident, is still incredibly prideful of his work. with the constant labor of him and his subordinates, the ninth circle is splendidly encased in glittering ice crystals, that even the core of the earth would have trouble melting. though one fateful day, roughly 8 centuries ago, it all did melt, in a most humiliating defeat. 

not that it did anything to dampen his spirit. in fact, weichselien has been all the more gung ho about the management of the circle since then. he and his gossip gaggle of ice demons are now constantly patrolling the place, barring anyone outside the circle from entering. the inner workings of the circle have been a complete mystery to the rest of hell since then, much to the dismay of angels that wish to patrol the place. which is fine by him, he was never too fond of the feathered busybodies - not that he is rude to them, by any means! the esteemed weichselien cares very much about his image, you see, and he would hate to have anyone think poorly of him. hence, he is on his best behavior his every public appearance. such prissiness is unbecoming of a demon, perhaps, but weichselien doesn't care about that even a bit.
