the upstanding principal of the Uilenborg. in all her 70 years, doloris has managed to entirely uproot the haven plane’s education system, offering a wider range of subjects in a more efficient curriculum than before. believe it or not, but doloris used to be quite the delinquent in her youth. part of it, she blames on her upbringing, but the other part was the lack of challenge and support from her education. and so, she intends to challenge the youths all the way!
while she may seem like a brooding background figure in the grand building of the uilenborg, doloris is quite ontop of everything. a highly educated, and rather bossy woman, but with everyone’s best interest in mind. it is simply that she can be… quite harsh, in her ways of expressing that. those who don’t know her too well think of her as intimidating, and they would be in their right to. doloris is quite the serious person, and will sooner be dead than loosen up in any way. her composure will absolutely never snap, and she has made this quite clear. what’s more, the woman absolutely refuses to retire.
she may have a soft side, hidden away somewhere. never the prideful sort, but definitely rather sentimental, doloris is quite happy with all that she has achieved. but she is also the type to think that her work never ends. perhaps doloris is the only one who truly means it when she says she considers her work her family. she feels a large responsibility over every single child in her care, and a strong sense of kinship with all her staff. as such, the firing, and general overturn rate at her school is astonishingly low. she cares about quality education, first and foremost, but often finds herself reluctant to let any of her teachers go. it is then that her responsible, and effectively communicative side comes through. truly, she cares deeply for others, even if it may not seem so when she sits ominously at her desk, staring out over the school plaza.
