smug bastard dot com. monte is one of fogmere's lead fashion designers and has his own gossip magazine. he's abandoned his life at the sea long ago, favoring luxury over the cold, salty water of the ocean. monte is generally smug and cheerful, having a tendency to babble on and on about things he's passionate about. his patience seems to never wear out, but vanya really puts that to the test these days.
vanity, praise and expensive cocktails seem to be the only things that keep him on his feet. that being said, he's got quite the attitude, and confidence through the roof. monte's like a cement wall and is by no means a pushover. his work ethic is unrivaled by none in his craft, though his busy bee insistence is insufferable to some. does monte give a damn, though? no sir!
