a powerful witch, constantly jumping locations in the uncharted lands. as a hermit, the witch has spent so long in her chambers, she has started to merge with it. now, her body has turned into a mass of ink-black, fleshy roots and tendrils, that spreads across her room. the witch’s original body remains, where it dangles decapitated, upside-down and nude from her ceiling, above a large pool of unknown fluid. she is said to have been assassinated, which only furthered her power and mutated state.
her face is everywhere. she may have multiple. from fluid-filled bulbs in the walls of her mass, her face may sometimes peek through. Residence is not too fond of visitors, and as such, makes sure none can enter unnoticed. she’s not necessarily aggressive, however, merely cautious. residence hides a large amount of arcane wisdoms, and hides her studies behind her mass. supposedly the last surviving member of a grand coven, which might be why she’s so secretive.
residence has an unexpected soft spot, where she not only married, but also spawned a daughter with her in some ungodly measure. she dotes over both of them excessively, but is a little bit upset they can’t live in her house with them, considering she is the house.
