a draconic fae, with grand magical power. a self-taught wizard, who conceals his true appearance under a wood sculpted suit in the appearance of a dragon. though he has to this point only used his power for good, he seems to be an untrustworthy man. he has a sinister and mischievous air around him.
binnen lives deep in hexenkring, fogmere's forest, right on the border of where magic influence starts to turn the forest unstable. his house is a grand, hollowed out tree, tall enough to be visible even from the city.
binnen was highly involved in the establishment of fogmere, and even today is in charge of keeping the magical border stable... or so he says.
