These  adorable furry elephants are a  staple of Epsilon culture. The  Kinnantas are common in south and East  Epsilon and are found wandering  the hilly plains in the wilds between  villages. The Kinnantas have  large flat feet and long trunks, and around  their heads they have one  long single ear that flows like a veil around  their heads. Young  Kinnantas are known to clumsily trip on their veil  ear when they  playfully run about. At the end of their trunks they have  Epsilon  shaped skin folds that pull back to open their mouths. The  Kinnantas'  loud trumpeting can be heard across great planes, as they  call to their  herd. Though they look shut, their eyes are actually open,  but they  have long thick lashes that protect their eyes from the sun.  Kinnantas  are known to have intricate henna-like patterns in their fur.    The multiple eyes sometimes found on a Kinnantas are said to be able   to  see into a person's mind and tell if they are a good person or if   they  have devilish thoughts. Herds of Kinnantas show signs of  cognitive   communication with one another, acting almost as a hive mind  in the   wild. Even in the home a Kinnantas may act as if they know  what their   owners think and feel and will sometimes imitate them. It  is said that   the henna designs and veil like ear of the Kinnantas is  what influenced   similar elements in Epsilon fashion. Kinnantas can  grow from the size  of  a puppy to up to three feet tall, so if you are  keeping one as a pet  be  sure to have lots of space for them to live  comfortably.
