The Chimacabra are a menace that ravishes the flatlands and farmlands of mid and south Gamma. These vicious  snake-dogs are as large as a Paizo dog and as mean as can be. Territorial in nature the Chimacabra hunt alone and at night, taking down entire Vouno Trogon from their flocks with their venomous mouths. Despite how it looks the brain of the Chimacabra is actually located on the snake-like tail and as such is hard to kill, with it's gamma strength this beast can take several bullets and grazes by horns or claws, and will hide it's soul gem on it's tail when it feels threatened. It runs on it's only set of legs with it's front hunched down with impeccable speed and agility. They do not make good pets, and are often hunted to prevent high populations near the ranches of Gamma. Those who do try to tame one and take it as a companion are seen as "bad asses" who arent afraid of being bitten by their own pets. They are illegal to own in some clans. The Chimacabra's front end is made up of soft peach-fur and wrinkles and it's back is lined with sturdy rock growths. The snake-like tail is smooth and cold when touched, though this is highly unadvised. They are ruthless beasts that are never fully tame, and are rarely seen without a snarl. The venom from a Chimacabra is deadly when not treated immediately, but thankfully they usually lack the strength to tear through a Gammafloss' thick skin. It is ill advised for any other floss to come near them.
