The Greater Almaroo are tough opponents who love to pick fights with each other, other petpets or even unsuspecting floss that cross their paths. With their insane strength in their punches and kicks the Greater Almaroo is the master of hand to hand combat, and to put a cherry on top their mastery of force field generation makes their defenses just as impressive. Their thick, strong upper arms are used for boxing their foes and their powerful back legs allow them to leap and bound like there's no tomorrow. These powerful creatures tend to travel solo or in small family groups through the grasslands of Nu. They hold their young in the pouch on their bellies, supported by their middle arms, which are much gentler and softer than their other limbs specifically to care for their tender young. When they do not have a cub in their pouch they often squirrel away things for later, and are even known to give rides to other petpets like rainblo or jawbreakers that befriend them. As pets the Greater Almaroo can be a lot to handle, standing just a head under the height of a sugarfloss and requiring a lot of exercise and proper obedience training they are not pets for the feint of heart.  However if you are able to properly care for one, they can be great companions and are very loyal. They are even known to allow kittenfloss that they belong to to ride in their pouch and are said to be very protective of the kids in their families.
