Info

froge_exa.pngThese palm sized pets make their homes in flooded wetlands all over Caramella but derive from the ponds and rivers of the Mu region. They are slimey and many find them gross or ugly, but if you can come to love them, their plump friend-shaped bodies give them an endearing charm and their quirky and harmless bahavoir make them great household pets. The Amouille Mourve are spoken of in old Mu legends, saying that there was once a Mu prince so obsessed with his looks that he was cursed by the dark spirits to live his life as a disgusting Mourve, unless someone could come to love him in this slimey ugly form. The legend says he was able to find love, and when kissed by a princess from Nu, he transformed back into his floss form and they lived happily ever after. Due to this legend, the Amouille Mourve has stood for love that overcomes outward appearances and adversity across all of Caramella. Some young Floss maidens still dream of kissing a Amoiulle Mourve and transforming him into a valiant prince. The Amouille Mourve have no back limbs and instead drag their sluggish bodies, which often leaves behind a gooey slime forg_base_examle3.pngif theyre not properly bathed. The Amouille can use their strong heind quarters to launch themselves into the air. This form of dragging and jumping is their main way of transportation. Their sticky bodies can also adhere to vertical surfaces like walls and trees and they can even hang from ceilings. They are omnivores and eat mostly algea and small plants but are known to sometimes eat grubs and flying insects. They are semiaquatic and like to bathe in shallow water from time to time. The lillypad shaped apendage that grows out of their head aids them in hiding just on the surface of the water. If you have one as a pet its wise to keep a tank for them to hang out in unless you are handling them.
